According to the national statutory holiday arrangements and the actual work situation of the company, in order to make everyone spend a happy and peaceful National Day holiday, the company has decided to notify the National Day holiday arrangements in 2025 as follows:

First, the holiday time

It will be closed from Wednesday, October 1st to Tuesday, October 7th, 2025, with a total of 7 days. Go to work normally on Wednesday, October 8.

Second, the work arrangement

1. Before the holiday, all departments should properly arrange their work at hand, complete the project progress sorting, customer communication and docking, file filing and other matters, and ensure smooth work connection during the holiday. For the ongoing HVAC project, it is necessary to take on-site safety protection measures in advance and arrange special personnel to conduct holiday inspections to ensure the property safety of the project site.

2. During the holiday, the company will arrange the personnel on duty to handle emergency affairs. The personnel on duty should stick to their posts, keep the communication smooth, respond to the urgent needs of customers and projects in time, and make a good record on duty.

3. After going to work on October 8, employees of all departments should arrive at their posts in time, quickly enter the working state, give priority to the emergency affairs accumulated during the holidays, and ensure that all the work of the company is carried out in an orderly manner.

Third, matters needing attention

1. All employees should pay attention to personal and property safety during holidays, arrange travel plans reasonably, observe traffic rules, and avoid going to crowded and dangerous areas. At the same time, do a good job in personal health protection and maintain a good life schedule.

2. The person in charge of each department should organize the personnel of this department to carry out safety inspection in the office area before the holiday, turn off unnecessary electrical equipment power supply, doors and windows, properly keep important documents and articles, and put an end to potential safety hazards.

3. During the holidays, in case of major emergencies or urgent work items, employees should contact the company's personnel on duty or department heads at the first time to ensure that the problems are properly handled in time.
